Tourdion - Adrian Le Roy - renaissance guitar

In the serie ren. guit. the famous tourdion by Le Roy played outdoor... with some wind noise. For once it was not raining on saturday ;-)

Yes, there is a lot of diferences, the renaissance guitar is much smaller, with four double strings. Probably easyer to play, but the repertoire for this instrument is very small. It is interesting to play it as a second instrument, but not a principal one. The first should be the lute (if you prefer the repertoire of this time) or the classical guitar, that is a general purpose instrument for all periods.
