She should include the studies that suggest how melanin reduces the bodies' ability to bulid receptor sites on the brain. These receptor sites equate directly into intelligence as western science has defined it. Receptor sites multiply in the brain throughout life as new outside stimuli are introduced to our bodies. This can be anything from skydiving to reading a book. Even trauma causes these new sites to appear. Although they usually link to the alarm center of the brain

Well they are wasting their time in the labs trying to duplicate Melanin. Melanin is a living force on par with Kundalini Energy and Telluric Currents, so melanin will never be synthesized from inorganic substances in those laboratories.

Melanin is a skin pigment.(it has very little or nothing to do with the pineal gland/third eye)

Melatonin is a hormone that is directly involved in Circadian rhythm, dreams, and also works as an antioxident.
