I know what you're thinking... Did they just go out and buy loads of food?

The answer to that is a big YES.

We actually went out to scope out the competition and get some design and marketing ideas about the business. The places we visited include:

Selfridges (gadgets department!)
Wagamama's
Krispy Kreme Doughnuts
Yo! Sushi
Muji (best small department store ever!)
Build-a-Bear Workshop
Birmingham ICC
Starbucks (lol)

The featured song is called 'Keio' by YouTube user, ArtHouseQueen. I was a bit naughty and haven't asked permission because she hasn't been online in a couple of weeks, lol. To listen to the original track, go here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x5StCaHyPEE

Lyrics:

Wake up in the morning
Go to Hachioji
Wake up in the evening
Just get back to sleeping

Let's go

  • This video is funny! Thanks for using my song, too! XD

  • Yay! I'm glad you liked it. I hope you don't mind that I used it before asking you. :(

  • I recognise all the places you visited LOL, that shopping centre is great, especially the outside of the Selfridges building, like the eye of a fly! I love Wagamamas, we have one here and you have one gorgeous cat. Beverley

  • I wish Bush Cat was ours, but sadly it belongs to someone down Dave's (guy in red shirt) street.

I never thought of the Bullring looking like a fly's eye.. I guess you're right! I like arty architecture.

  • Only place I find it is Lidl, who have it in maybe twice a year.

  • And Aldi sometimes too! Lol. Have you ever tried Asahi Clear? It comes in a can and ladies in Japan drink it.

  • thats a cool buisness trip! that cats adorable

  • I've never even seen it

  • Well, I might have to get you some... though, I'm not sure how I'd get it to you. :P
