So this is the progress for Week 4 so far... So far so good. I've been consistently lifting and going to the gym and either raising the reps/weight every time I hit the same exercise. I'm trying to close the gap between my chest, I've been doing Cable flys. Anyone have any suggestions on what else would be good for that? This is my first week off creatine and have 2 more weeks to go before I start loading it again. I'll be gone this weekend so I won't be lifting this weekend and hopefully I won't drink as much as before. I'm heading down to mexico.. and it's gonna be hard to limit the amount of food I'm going to take in because there's just soo much good food there. Sopes, Tacos, Hotdogs,... damnnnn Its gonna get crazy haha.

  • hey man you want to see some crazy gains...im on this 5x5 workout called stronglifts...I'm not a spammer or anything or trying to promote anything, but go to stronglifts. com and the workout may seem easy at first, but that is just for technique and so you can hit your goals and keep pushing forward...You'll get strong as hell...and the workout is no walk in the park, it may seem boring the first 2 weeks, but after that the workouts are intense!!! check it out tell me what you think bro
