If your intention is good, because homosexuality is forbidden in Islam and clearly mentioned in Quran, But gender change is not mentioned anywhere. So if a person changes because he/she does not want to commit a sin... I think it is ok

SHIA says that you can have sex with your sister (Step Sister) not Own sister and you can marry to Your Step Sister. now tell me isn't this allowed in any Religion. Obviously not. Allah SWT put us on this world as men and women for a reason, it was in no way a random process. These people who justify these actions on the basis of what they believe in, shows that they do not fear Allah's wrath.
