payLo is Virgin Mobile's latest prepaid plan designed for people who are looking to spend as little as possible. It is consisted of three pay-as-you-go plans. For $30 per month, you have 30-day plan with 1500 minutes, 500 massages and 10 megabytes of web access. For $20 per month, there is 400-minute plan, with the rate of 15 cents for message and $1.5 megabytes. And the Basic rate plan, the most affordable one, expires after 90 days with 20 cents for a minute, 15 cents for a message and $1.5 megabytes of web access, all for $20.
