The GE Staff is preparing highly recruited College Football Prospect, Cory Connell (Ramsey H.S. Jr.) for the National Underclassmen Combine in May.
We have come up with a formula for properly warming-up prior to the Bench Test which enables our Athlete's to maximize their Strength and get the most reps possible on Test Day. Cory completes 18 reps of 185 in this video, falling short of 19 by just a tricep lockout!
We are encouraged because we have 3 more weeks to prepare Cory and our H.S. Football Players with two more sample test days in the Bench and will continue to perfect their efforts in the other tests as well: 40YD Dash, Vertical Jump, Broad Jump, & Agility Shuttles.
Our knowledgeable Football background allows our Staff to also assist our Athlete's with their position specific drills so we can prepare them to excel in 1on1's also.
Keep Working hard - The harder you work the better you get! 10,000 hours of skill develpment before you can master onething.
