I would point out that the steam engine produced all manner of misleading analogies between that technology and the Universe as well as the human mind. You gave 4 fundamentals of nature: matter, energy, evolution and information processing. I would like to point out that all 4 of these 'fundamentals' are human creations. These are the ways which we organize our experiences. They are aproximations of the human mind. Of course, just recogmizing this, creates unreasolvable paradoxes, so perhaps it is best to forget ourselves and just accept our current perspective. However, by exploring the boundaries of possability we may gain a deeper Truth.

not the theory of computation
it doesn't have turing machine PDA<NFA DFA etc.
