This is really dope. I used a couple of 4 pound cucerachas as dumbells. I also over Squeezed my left glute while rowing. Awsome stuff.

I wish this girl had more weight. Also, quarter squats are really hard on your knee's and on lunges, your knee should *kiss* the floor. The short range of motion is also hard on your knees.
