Homeland star Claire Danes and her actor husband Hugh Dancy are expecting their first child together.
The couple confirmed the good news to People Magazine—this will be the first child for both of them.
Just last fall, Claire told reporters there was definitely a chance of having a kid together, but they had no set plans.
She said the idea of becoming a mom would be fun.
Claire, who's 33, married 37 year old Hugh back in 2009 in a private ceremony in France.
For all you Homeland fans wondering how the pregnancy effect the show, a rep from the production company confirmed that it will not have any impact on Season 2, which is slated to premiere on September 30.
We certainly wish Claire and Hugh the best and congratulate them on this exciting news—but I've gotta know if you guys thinks they're having a boy or a girl, and what should the child be named?
