This drill is performed from the 7yd line. the course of fire is as follows;
(2) consecutive rounds into each target. (order of your choice)
1. You must experience (1) type 1 malfunction (Snap Caps)
2. You must experience (1) emergency reload.
3. have another person load your magazines for this drill to ensure you do not have any knowledge of when in the string you will experience the malfunction or reload.
4. If during the course of fire you have placed (1) round on a target and you experience and clear a malfunction or reload you will need to place (2) more consecutive rounds into that target. all (3) targets must be shot with (2) consecutive rounds prior to moving to the next target.

  • @clocwirkoj .. Thank you for watching!

  • Great drill. Nice to see you back posting videos. great use of a training partner in adding a dose of reality by loading your magazines so you don't know when the malfunction or emergency reload will occur.

  • @TRPOperator6 .. Good to be back. stay tuned more vids to come real soon.

  • Only value here is malfunction clearance. Tactically it is a failure to address multiple targets with more than one round. (If you have time to shoot #1 x2 and #2 x2 there is no doubt #3 has the time to shoot you and #2 is debatable.)

  • Good job clearing the malfunction man

  • Clever use of the snapcaps, people overlook training to deal with failures, even if they are simulated. Good video.

  • Good stuff,you are fast to resolve malfunction!!!

  • Nice, student was a rookie but he is learning.

  • Tell me about type 1 malfunction and emergency reload of the pistol, my good sir.

  • Another great video keep them coming.
