CFR's Stanton Nuclear Security Fellow Matthew Kroenig says the IAEA's new report on Iran's nuclear weaponization efforts is imporant "because the IAEA is an independent international organization, it's well respected, and it's going to be hard for members of the international community to ignore this report."
"Unfortunately, there are very few good policy options for dealing with Iran," Kroenig says. He expects that the United States will push for additional sanctions at the United Nations Security Council and says that the Iranian Central Bank is a potential sanctions target.
