This is just frankly hilarious. And brilliant. Definitely one of the greatest performances at an awards show ever. I wish a new band would come out and hit it big and do a performance as amazingly rebellious as this. But they'd have a lot to compete with with Nirvana: Nirvana was just the whole package. They had nerve and complete disregard to any rules,as well as humour, produced fantastic music, and most importantly, they had talent. And you can't question an obviously talented band. Win.

@102xxScorpionxx102 I don't think that MTV even knew they were even thinking of playing Rape Me. Nirvana were originally supposed to be playing Smells Like.. but they refused and said they would play any other song other than SLTS, and so finally agreed on the next biggest one, Lithium. But just to rub it in their faces they teased them by playing Rape Me for two lines too ahaha.
