Yes! Maybe vibrations like this in the EM field are what's keeping galaxies together, not dark matter? However, dark matter's been observed directly (gravitational lenses) so prob. not.

I'm no expert but technically, light particles have to "hit" objects in order for us to see them. That causes all everything we see to be in a constant moving state. I know what you mean though.
