This is the ending of Dynasty Warriors 3. The song name is Circuit and it is being "sung" by the Two Qiaos. (Da Qiao and Xiao Qiao.) You can get them to sing it by playing and winning the game with Sun Ce. Sorry about the bad quality and the sound effects from my stupid bothers.
