Well Never buy anything from them why buy if they refuse to refund or give you credit for a item thats is faulty

I exchanged my PSP 3 times. LOL Going in for my 4th time, I am so precise with my words, I make it sound like I know their policy better than them. I always win!

I bought a laptop from them, last time I ever buy from them. Incidently couple of years ago I spoke directly to a manager after an issue and got an employee fired on the spot, and 800 bucks in free merchandise.
