It failed to separate from the fuel tank. The breakaway bolts didn't trigger. If it wasn't for that, this challenge would have been successful.

This just shows that sometimes even the most thought-out plan can go up in flames due to one little oversight.

But no matter... it's the failures that we learn from the most.
