Paper Bag Scrapbook

This is my first Mini Scrapbook. This is made out of paper bags. Using a paper bag is an economical way to make a scrapbook. I used a size 8 paper bag folded in half. The dimensions for the bag is 12 3/8 x 6 1/8 x 4. The nice thing about using paper bag is that it gives you nice little pockets to use.

The main color I used in this project was pink, which is my favorite color. I also used brown, green, and beige because these colors tend to work very well with pink.

I also decorated the project with lace and I made matching tags out of scrapbook paper that was left over from my pages. For the tags, I glued a matching back to keep the tags from being blank on the back. I will do a tutorial on that process coming up in future shows.

Scrapbooking is very time consuming and it involves a lot of hard work, but it is VERY rewarding. You can sell scrapbooks, make them as gifts for baby showers and weddings. You can also use them for family pictures and to chronicle trips and vacations. I can't say enough about scrapbooking. Had I known how much fun this was, I would have done this long ago.
