Since the start of July Maestro is trying to do the levade under the rider. He gets stronger every day.
The end-goal is that he does a well seated piaffe, then a levade and after the levade piaffe again. This exercise in the left bending, right bending and straight.

@TreasureOne I find rollkur an ugly example of hypological ignorance (well spread nowadays) but some people argue it to be "graceful" and "harmless in right hands".

@CarolineMut09 Honestly what is not beautiful about that? He follows her hands perfectly, sits on his rear. A horse should be trained from the rear to the neck, not the other way round.

I'm sorry to say something so inane, but GOD I'M IMPRESSED. That's just so beautiful work. I know Levades are advanced work and impressive and stuff but ... your symbiosis with your horse is just amazing. You ride really really well and communicate so perfectly with her! I am imprrrressed :D

Great beginning steps! It's nice to see a horse that really sits down on its hind end to allow the front end to be light and simply lift off the ground rather than the horse pushing it's front end off like you see often now-a-days! :)
