@Christos13Anesti: There is also the story of Saint George Karlslidis - a great Saint of our times. There was a women in a greek village who "received" messages from the Mother of God. The people were disturbed about those prophecies. They told the Elder to visit her.
He went to her and prayed with her. When they prayed together - she started to scream and was shaken all over. She was obsessed and the demon left. Never ever she received a message.

@Christos13Anesti: When the monk returned to his cell - the angel appeared again. He told him: I have to tell u that u should not visit me anymore because my Elder has forbidden that u come again.
When he said those words the Angel became dark and full of stengh - now the monk could see that it was a Demon as an Angel of light.
Never again he accepted any vision!

@Christos13Anesti: Absolut correct!
There was a monk from Mount Athos, every night he could see his guardian angel. He talked with him, they talked about the Glory of the Theotokos in heaven etc....
When he told once his spiritual Elder about his visions, the Elder told him:
My child why did u not tell me earlier about those visions. It is very dangerous. Ask him about me your spiritual Elder and tell him that I have forbidden that u receive him anymore.

@Christos13Anesti: On this I completely AGREE. Vassula clearly HAS NOT THE SPRIT OF GOD. A true orthodox women would be full of humilty, humbly. Not with coloured hair and make up - making speeches on TV.
She is decepted - very dangerous!
Even the great Saints were often blinded by the Demons, they saw Angels of light etc....St. Martin had a vision of CHRIST - but it was the devil.
We need spiritual discernment!
This Image of Christ that one see's so often with her works, what is it? is this a vision she had and was asked to distribute, like St. Faustina had with "Divine Mercy"?

The image simply became 'associated' with TLIG but Vassula herself did not promote it.
On my website there is a page which gives details of its origins but this comment section doesn't allow me to post webpage links. So just go to my website and type in 'TLIG image' into the search box.

Actually, the easiest way to find the page which gives the background to the image associated with Vassula and TLIG is simply to enter 'TLIG image' into Google and the top link is to the page I prepared.
