@DscorpioD They're using dry ice, CO2 gas can actually be and is often consumed, and dry ice in very small amounts in a dissolved state can be consumed. Soft drink companies actually add a very small amount as a part of bottling carbonated soft drinks. But you can't just consume dry ice in it's physical form. Hope this helped.

You're right and it also adds a little sweetness but I thought this drink was also supposed to contain passion fruit juice. Don't get me wrong this recipe with some grenadine sounds really delicious. Could I order up one please?
