This is the Arms Fort designed by Makoto Kobayashi and featured on the game's boxart. It's a tricky AF to take down and on Hard you lose your PA as well.

The easiest way to beat the answerer is to get underneath its left missle launcher arm near the core and attack the part that connects the arm with the body. a couple of attacks and it goes down a lot faster

@bloodypieman Honestly the mooing Geckos in MGS4 made me laugh, but if they starting flinging cow pie fried dough shit storm at me I'd be pretty scared/pissed.
