Video shot on Monday, December 7, 2009. This of rare low-elevation snowfall in the city of Manteca, CA. To give you an idea what the snow level was, Manteca is at an elevation of 30 feet above sea level and there was snow even in the City of San Francisco. The last time snow fell in Manteca was about 20 years ago. Thanks for watching!
NUTS!!!! DANG!!!! It snows all the time at my place in the winter and I am at an elevation of 5,000 feet, it can snow as much as knee deep at my place and it is pure insanity to drive in.
