Great tune! And it has an interesting history behind it. The lyrics were written by Dolores Fuller, actress and former girlfriend of Ed Wood! (She was portrayed by Sarah Jessica Parker in Tim Burton's 1994 film.) She also wrote lyrics for many other Elvis songs such as: Barefoot Ballad, Beyond the Bend, Big Love, Big Heartache, Cindy, Cindy, Do the Clam, Have A Happy, I Got Lucky, I'll Take Love, Spinout, Steppin' Out of Line, You Can't Say No In Acapulco.
