[:A okolo Levoči, tam še voda točí.:] [:Ktorá nemá frajira, ktorá nemá frajira, ktorá nema frajira, tá naj do nej skoči.:] 2. [:A čom by ja, čom by ja, do vody skákala.:] [:Pre jedného beťára, pre jedného beťára, pre jedného beťára život utrácala.:]
I know nothing much about Slovak folk music but this definitely sounds real folksy to me. But then central Europeans are such fine musicians. So, what is surprising to hear good folk music superbly played by Slovaks themselves? Sorry to see the Czechs and Slovaks go their different ways. Surely remaining united would have been better. My heart hurts when different peoples cannot live together and have to part company. Pity!

Pre jednoho miloho, ej pre jednoho miloho
