hey i have a sugestion for another video. When i fish for crappie i use a bobber or float, with a small minnow or bait fish. i have caught catfish, bass, bream, and especially crappie. I think it would be the coolest thing ever if you made a video of you doing it. thanks and good luck fishing!

@canadianfisherman11 You said in one of your vids that crappies are "nomadic." Since this vid I've caught very few crappies at this spot ... generally it is nice size bluegills and catfish. I'd love to catch more crappies because I think they are a beautiful fish.

what is the jig called? and can you buy it at walmart?

@l3l3oyAce Yes I bought the jigs at Walmart. In this video (as it says in the info under the video frame): Berkley Johnson Beetle Bou Marabou Jig ... chartreuse color. You can get this brand at Dick's Sporting Goods also.
Today I fished with a similar looking chartreuse maribou jig with tinsel strands that I got recently at Walmart. You'll find it on the Vicious Fishing cardboard kiosk displays.
