How do u get ur players never get switched off in a pep talk and keep their morale up I use Liverpool too and no matter what I say at least one of them is switched off and I almost never get at the most one player with a positive reaction from a pep talk

@tyrone1709 Its probably because you're a new manager, it happens to everyone, as you build up your reputation along the game it will get better and players will start listening, also maybe try mixing up your talks a little so you don't keep repeating yourself.

Just a tiny piece of advice. Try swapping Adam and Kuyt round so they're more able to work with their preferred left and right feet respectively. Worked wonders for my Adam-Collison Fulham midfield pairing last FM :)
