12 weeks? good for you...like everything else this is good exercise but not enough, for instance it isnt possible to increase maximum strenght without heavy weights

hey, i weigh 54 kg only... should i work out?. i wanna gain some muscles.. i do push ups and sit ups.. haha. slow though.. any tips?.

all that iron body made by home workout? without any exercises at the gym? next, did you take some supplements? And lastly, much respect to You :)))

i used to train in the gym...i don't anymore and find i get better results without it
supplements are over rated. they are more for convenience then faster results
