My first apartment in New York City was on the NE corner of 75th St and York Ave (1410 York Ave, if I remember correctly). I lived in Manhattan (,most of the time on East 52nd Street) for 35 years before relocating to San Miguel de Allende in Mexico. That's 50 years of my life (35 + 15 here) in places where tourists and ptjer visitors longed to go to. Lucky me and I almost missed out of all of this.

Hi!! I have a question....the apartment has two bedrooms??? I meanl, in the same apartment there is some people in one room and other in the other'?? or it only has 1 room???

The apartment has three bedrooms. You rent one of the bedrooms. You can lock the door to your bedroom if you wish. There will be strangers in the other bedrooms. You share the bathroom and the kitchen with these other people.

Strangers do not share rooms. You rent the room all to yourself.
