Wow, this lady is loooong winded. I've been to A LOT of interviews and these are good tips. But in the REAL WORLD, the better you BS, the better you do at the interview. If you're a good lier, you'll do good at interviews.

@sebs30v Really that is not true. In fact one of the reasons the Behavioral Based Interview is so popular is that it is difficult to fabricate a response. These questions go deeper and expose liars.

I hate this kind of interview. It's complete BS.....We're all human and regardless of our experiences we're bound to mess up somewhere and not be perfect.. No boss or any leader is perfect........those questions put you in a box and NO you don't have time to think through your answers.......at least I didn't.
