@gasmm1 . We teach our students to do a morning scrub first thing which includes cleaning under the nails. We feel it to be inappropriate to come in first thing and use Avagard (as most people do). And to take it a step further, if our students go to lunch or leave the department they must do another hand scrub (which inlcudes use of a nail pick) prior to returning to work.
