Also, you will finally be able to move in the relaxed systema manner you desire as you will no longer have that fear that will cause you to freeze you
You will no longer be twitchy in your movement
So yeah, this is a big part of systema training and it is important

@danila8621 I think you make a good point - he doesn't really answer the boxer's question, he just shows that his punches are still powerful without momentum from the ground, but doesn't explain.
As I understand it, it is because this technique 1) uses the mass of the arm more, 2) removes tension that pulls the fist backwards, and 3) focuses on the target as a human being (not boxing bag), how to sink the fist into the body and organs in a way that is more painful. (But yes, he doesnt explain)

I like it! 3.5 minutes of clear instructions on Systema bare knuckle punching. It appears that participants are not exactly keyboard warriors. Curiously their reaction to this approach to striking is far from skeptical.
My respect to those who are not afraid to try before passing judgments.

Грамотный системный удар не так просто поставить, а этот громила и сам лупит с пониманием и излагает неплохо. Надо только на вопрошающем демонстрировать - и доходит на порядок быстрее и окружающим радость.
