This is up there on the list of most painful and mentally intimidating things I've ever experienced. Working sets were between 4:45 PM and 5:45 PM, with a bit of foam rolling after my workout. I realized that there were two calculators for Smolov, one of which adds 30 pounds for week 2 and 10 pounds for week 3. The other calculator adds 20 pounds for week 2, and 10 pounds for week 3. I chose the harder one of the two.
Squats: 45x16, 135x8, 185x5, 225x3, (255x9)x4
Up to the seventh rep of each set, everything was fine. Then, I found myself winded and wanting to quit. My body begged me to re-rack the weight. To just let myself get a little breather. I told my body to **** itself, and finished.
On a side note, the wrist was pretty bad today. I can see myself benching, but not doing much of anything else over the next 1-2 weeks. I could hardly rack the plates today, and had to use my forearms. Thankfully my right wrist is finally healed, so I could use it. I couldn't hold onto any plates with my left, though. Not unless I didn't put any pressure on my fourth and fifth fingers.
Where did you find the second calculator for the charts? I can not find any thing it only shows one chart

@XoFeAReDOX At the bottom of the Excel spreadsheet, you'll find tabs for each phase of the program. :)
