10/12/09 Mark Bunker says hi to all those who follow XENU TV. What are David Miscavige's crimes and why does he listen in on confessions?

Florida State Law:

Florida's wiretapping law is a "two-party consent" law. Florida makes it a crime to intercept or record a "wire, oral, or electronic communication" in Florida, unless all parties to the communication consent. See Fla. Stat. ch. 934.03. Florida law makes an exception for in-person communications when the parties do not have a reasonable expectation of privacy in the conversation, such as when they are engaged in conversation in a public place where they might reasonably be overheard. If you are operating in Florida, you may record these kinds of in-person conversations without breaking the law. However, you should always get the consent of all parties before recording any telephone conversation and any in-person that common sense tells you is private.

In addition to subjecting you to criminal prosecution, violating the Florida wiretapping law can expose you to a civil lawsuit for damages by an injured party.

  • The majority of scientologists don't know, or dont care. Otherwise, Scientology would have ended before the conspiracies came this far.

  • i live 2 blocks away from elron's old house here in phoenix... you cant get anywhere near it and it isnt signed or anything. just a plain house. look it up on google maps.

  • Epic beard man is wise. He wins the Internet.

  • AND YOUR AWESOME INDY POSTER :DD

  • @MasterofArda I doubt the majority of scientologists actually support the actions of the corrupt individuals in their cult either. So what we have is groups of well meaning people of faith (regardless of the legitimacy of the group) who are given a bad name by corrupt or just insane individuals. It happens in every major religion, special interest group, political party, whatever. p.s every religion lies to its followers. If they didn't, they wouldn't exist. It's just more obvious with Scitlgsts

  • @MasterofArda That's why I didn't say "all".

  • @ilovechairmanmeow

Furthermore, while I understand that you're not trying to make a generalization, calling all christians, jews and muslims (and by this I mean ALL) as psychopathic holy warriors is making quite a large one, and a pretty sad one to say the least.

  • @ilovechairmanmeow

Killing gays and Buddhists is a horrible crime, but the difference between that and $cientology's crimes is, as I just said, Christianity and Islam don't in general support those acts (these days, at least), whereas $cientology is stealing money, breaking up families, lying to their own followers as an organization. Like I said, $cientology is not a religion. Its a scam, and while there are more serious things out there, we still shouldn't let them get away with it.

  • If that was too vague, I just meant, look at Southern Baptists who kill gay people, or Muslims in Southern Thailand killing Buddhists...there are hundreds of examples of traditional religions that threaten peoples' livelihoods. I agree that Scientologists suck, but they don't seem like a very serious threat. It's like being scared of the hermetic order of the golden dawn or something.

  • @MasterofArda I'm not trying to make a generalization, or offend anyone, but I think it's pretty obvious that Jews, Christians, and Muslims pose a MUCH greater threat to the world than Scientologists. Just look at...everything.
