I think your using Capone as an example was way off the mark. Capone was arrested, charged and jailed on the tax evasion rap only because there was a massive law enforcement and government move against him and his organization. With scientologists in high places and at the ear of lawmakers this does not exist for them. I hope some day it does but for now it's just wishful thinking on your part.

Tried to read Mary Jo Leavitt report, the terminology used by the cult is just flat out bizarre. I know everything has its own terms but it usually makes since in a regular sentence structure, theirs does not.

As for this woman...she clearly truly believes in the cult, she just doesn't like how its doesn't follow the rules laid out by Hubbard. This means her quiting is short term at best as its based on procedure rather then fundamental disagreement with core concepts.
