Je n’ai pas pu résister à l’envie de vous montrer la traditionnelle présentation des consignes de sécurité à bord de l’avion, mais en version originale bien entendu !!!
Vous pourrez remarquer le côté très asiatique et délicat de l’exercice, où même la coiffure quoi qu’il puisse arriver reste parfaite.
Lors du premier vol les consignes furent communiquées par vidéo sur l’écran incrusté dans chaque siège, et oui sur ce vol très long courrier chacun dispose de son écran personnel et peut choisir ce qu’il veux y faire (jouer, regarder un film, écouter de la musique, téléphoner, envoyer des e-mail, etc...), enfin bref on essais de s’occuper pendant 15h...

  • @stevevairocks1 Well yeah maybe, perhaps that's part of the reason for MAS to sack their previous CEO. Those are really incompetence employee that they hired.

  • @Chris58851 dude, im not angry with them or anything, but my dad is the Singapore airlines MD in malaysia and he says that there is never anything m,ore important in the plane than the passenger, meal preparation, meeting or whatever, when u enter the academy, you are told that when a passenger calls, you must attend to them beenimmediately, NO MATTER WHAT. i know because i have been an air steward for 6 yrs...first 2 in MAS and then SIA...and bith academy said the same thing.meeting or not, go.

  • @stevevairocks1 Perhaps there is something occur in the galley. Like meetings, pilot to crew announcement, meal preparation and etc. that put into priority. Passengers call duty was the second to put in mind. Also their number 1 primary task is to protect passengers. If something compromise the flight, they can be obligate to security movement thus dispose all of the passengers demand task. So I would say give them a second chance, perhaps your second flight would be better.

  • @stevevairocks1 Not all the airlines are efficient. Even Singapore Airlines can't respond to every passengers demand at any moment. Perhaps the cabin crew are too occupied.
