Nope it isn't. This is a real DS game. It has it's own box and DSiWare games don't have Wi-Fi. This game does.

called mario vs donkey kong the minis march "Something..." and it has wifi for you to download custom levels.

DSiWare games have Wi-Fi, too for example in Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Minis March Again you can create own Levels and share them vie Wi-Fi

No you misread it. It's a retail DS Game and a WiiWare game.
