To put this in a clearer context for those who are unfamiliar with the prerequisites of the formation of a trust; if I claimed the right of ownership to the House of Rothschild in a deed and the claim went unchallenged because they did not consider it to be a valid one or because they did not know about it, would I be then be the owner of half the world's wealth?

Whilst much of Santos' work is accurate, as is the work of Frank O'Collins, upon which the former admits the veracity of his statements is heavily reliant, there are two fatal flaws: the claim of the Vatican was successfully challenged by the British Constitution; and Pope Boniface, the grantor of the trust, did not have the equitable rights to claim dominion over the Earth or Mankind, which is a prerequisite of the validity of the trust he was attempting to create.
