@merlan114 If you don't get it i think you're too young to see it but I'll tell yah...He bought a sex doll online and it came with a birth certificate. He then bought some Cabbage Patch kids that also had birth certificates. He "claimed" them when he did his taxes and got more money from the government. Any questions?

Love it, government inefficiency is one of the biggest suckers of taxpayer money we have ever seen. Cutting programs is a great idea, but unless we crack down on the ones we have left, it will do no good.
