Processed Food Advantage India '10: Feeding Global Business Opportunities

Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organizing India's Second Processed Foods Outsourcing summit "Processed Foods Advantage India '10: Positioning India as a Food Factory of the World" (An International Buyer-Seller Meet of Indian Processed Food) on 30-31 August, 2010 at New Delhi, to showcase India's readiness to become an Outsourcing Hub a Food Factory to the world.

The summit, a buyer-seller meet platform will provide an excellent opportunity for foreign buyers of processed foods to sensitize Indian manufacturers to the huge potential of the Global Industry, discuss special needs of global consumers and get an understanding on the competitiveness of the Indian Food Processing Industry in terms of variety and value that can redefine their sourcing and supply chain processes. It will also facilitate interactions with Indian producers enabling dialogues for outsourcing, joint ventures etc as well as articulate policy changes required for the regulators.

The CII will be reimbursing the travel cost (Economy class fare equivalent) and lodging cost (accommodation provided by CII) of the each buyer (one per company). There are limited seats available. Further details are available on request.
