They have done it anyway with this monstrosity of a law they just past, allowing the detention of American citizens without charges and indefinitely if they want to. This will have the effect of ending free speech thru fear of being detained for saying something in opposition to the government. Yes they have already done it.

OK, I'll admit it, I get goosebumps listening to this man. So, so good to hear a man-of-law correct the robber-barons on what is written in that most important document for HUMANITY and civilization...and on national TV !!! Dr. Paul could not pay for better campaign ads and, as the judge infers, the other candidates on both sides are not worth considering unless they change allegiances. I doubt they could pay JudgeNap enough to change his.
