Herbal Essences Totally Twisted Conditioner Review

Hello Everyone,

I must say that this conditioner is awesome for co-washing naturally curly hair. I am not sure what benefit lavender have for natural hair but if it is the lavender it works wonders for my hair. The hair is soft, easy to get a wide tooth comb through or denman brush. If you are look for a really good co-wash conditioner for naturally curly hair this may be the conditioner for you. However it does not smell as good as the Herbal Essences Hello Hydration but all in all I like this a little better than the Hello Hydration. I will still use Hello Hydration for the purpose of the coconut milk that is in it. If you like the Hello Hydration you may want to get this a try.

No need to co-wash if you use conditioner after every wash, lol

Co-washing is less harah on the hair compared to a shampoo wash and condition. Do a hair strand test (or check out the Wen Informercial... if you don't own a microscope), you will see the difference in the hair... scientific fact.

To co-wash is using a conditioner in place of shampoo... to loosen the dirt and remove product for the hair. Many with kinky or curly hair use this method of washing...it will not strip the hair of it's moisture like the detergents in shampoo does. However many with kinky or curly hair shampoo after a period of time..myself it depends on the products I've used... weather I co-wash or shampoo. Hope this helps.

No I haven't had any bad issues with the HETT. Sorry to hear others are losing their hair.

so glad you did this video...I am currently using the totally twisted and was wondering if the hello hydration would be a better option. I think i'll stick with the totally twisted conditioner, i absolutely love it!
