University of Montana alum Don Oliver takes a look at the past, present and future of houses in neighborhoods surrounding the University of Montana in Missoula, Montana.
my family lived in the toole house on the corner of river rd. and grove, 1967-1972, the house is enchanted, my favorite house of all time. it is ruined now the man who lives there has cars and junk all over the property, i think it is a shame.
Don thanks for a great video. It brings back many memories as I graduated from UM in 1958 with you. Did I notice a picture of the Sigma Chi house :). Also the house being torn down looks like the Phi Delt house where I lived. My wife and I think of returning to Missoula but we are unsure if we can make the transition from Florida to Montana. Does it still snow there???
Too bad the city condemned one of these historic homes while my roommates and I were living in it. It was on Eddy St. - we had five days to move out, in the middle of the semester... Luckily I can laugh at it now. Go Griz!
thanks for posting this.

Does it still snow? Does Florida still worry about hurricane season?

Don, wonderful piece you've done here. Thank you for sharing.
Your 'rent' harkens to a fondly remembered time.
Again, thank you.
