  • I think it's more a case of when the main runway (27L/09R) is having work done on it, or is water logged that they use the smaller one to protect the main surface.

  • For a second I thought u were switching off the engine over the bridge then realised I was being a bit stupid. Nice landing though. Never overly liked coming in over the brdige myself.

  • I don't mind it when I'm over the bridge and I can glide in. It's when I'm over Eccles on base leg and wondering if the Trafford Centre car park is empy or the ship canal is nice and warm.. lol

  • Yeah it was.. Nice short field landing. :)

  • If you look at my other posts, one titles N434A, That's the Cirrus Alan Sugar pranged, we bought it from him.. :)

  • i see, thank you

  • alan sugar is the multi millionair off the aprentice

  • i don't know who alan sugar is, but bad luck for him!

  • its more fun lol. if you can land on that you can land pretty much anywhere. and alan sugar crashed his brand new cirrus on there so its good to know we are better than he is.:)

  • In many (barton)videos i've seen planes landing in the shorter parallel runway, why is that, is it in better condidtions?
