Never really heard Gingrich speak before. I just received this link.

He talks a lot of sense, is obviously well learned, knows his history & facts.

I'm looking forward to seeing him run in 2012.

Newt is a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association, and speaks regularly at the NRA’s Annual Meeting. He received an A or A-plus rating from the NRA all ten terms that he served in the House of Representatives, and received the NRA’s Defender of the Second Amendment award in 2010.

I never understood why so many people found that to be such an outlandish or wild runaway dream, to have moon exploration. It used to be,that ideas and goals like that were what set us apart from the rest of the world. Im only 37 years old, and I remark to my friends quite often how much has changed since I was a kid in the 80's. I think theres plenty truth to American exceptionalism being lost in todays society, in exchange for American mediocrity. Almost as an apology/appeasement to the world.

Above all, I respect your opinion and your right to one, but I still have no choice but to mention that I'm still looking forward to that community on the moon.

I dont find him to be a sociopath at all. Newt's greatest attribute has always been his ability to frame an argument and work at finding solutions to problematic issues without compromising his end of the argument. Im not exactly sure what youre referring to in regards to appeasement, but Newt has a history of setting lofty goals and throwing out big ideas, and creating a conversation on things. Thats refreshing compared to the generational gridlock over petty things that still dont get resolved

What I mean is, like alot of other politicians, he sometimes says things that sound good and make sense. But if he's spouting things just to appease, but would never actually follow through, like other policians, then what good is he? Does it make more sense now? I think he's a smart guy, but I also think he's a sociopath. That's my point.

This is the best I have ever seen of Newt !! As long as we have a President that defends our second amendment right, we will have no fear of losing the other rights we hold dear !!
