  • Thanks - maybe I might get a free pint when I next visit, as I did it for free? LOL :-)

  • Great vid, Peter. :)

  • Hi Henry - I try to paint for pleasure, so painted this "potboiler" subject by request how I wanted. Not always possible with a proper commission you understand - which is to customers loss if they want you to paint like a photo without charachter or style! I did the series film "Choosing the best medium for the subject" with what you say in mind, but have no wish to repeat the same subject matter as yet, may do so one day. Quote of me - put the right colour in right shape - not general :-)

  • That is great, I have a question sir.

Have you thought about doing the same subject in watercolor to show the different outcome? And I liked what you said about not to worry if you can’t paint a horse or something just put the right color down in the general shape and it will become a horse. I like the pub it seems to be a nice place to meet the town folk. Here in Georgia people meet at the old country store sit and tell tails it’s great. Have a great-blessed day.
