This is great. Have you ever thought about doing a Yanni- Nightingale tutorial?

question- For the left hand- I have all the chords, but when you say to play B Flat, what two buttons am I playing? I know I am playing B Flat but Major> Minor? ... etc.. ? Sorry if its a dumb question!

Thank you so much, I'm in a bit of a dilemma. The video you suggested was very helpful. I'm considering a diatonic accordion to rent out. Thanks!
I'm considering buying an accordion, but I don't want to spend a lot of money on an instrument that I won't enjoy. I've played piano for about 4 years, and music comes relatively easy for me. But when I watch videos like this, it all looks so complicated, what with the buttons and everything. How do you know which to press? Is it as hard as it looks?

Hey UberFrederick,
If you can, rent an accordion for a month and see if you like it. Some music stores will rent the instrument for something like $30 a month.
My first tutorial videos (look in my profile) explain how to play the left hand buttons and what they do. It's not complicated.

Hey, thanks for posting these tutorials! They're really great.
My accordion is just a little guy, with bass notes and major and minor chords in the left hand from F to E (so no B chords or flat anything). ... so I can't play the B flat chord in this song. Do you think any other chord could replace it and sound okay?

Hi, you could try the following chords that will fit your accordion:.
1. Dm | F | C | Gm
2. Am | C | G | Dm
You obviously need to change the right hand to fit these chords. Let me know if that works.
