  • Good choice of paint, oh and I had an idea kinda like this, of making a school bus into a rv trailer, by chopping the nose and frame off and adding a goose neck, then swap the rear axle out for a trailer axle. Then do a bit of exterior cosmetic work to make it look less like an actual school bus and more like a camper trailer by removing some windows, patching some of the light holes and adding a mom's attic on top of the goose neck.

  • @UGLandrum Thank you. I don't think I have ever seen one converted into a trailer. I bet that would be pretty cool. I bet that would be pretty big job to do.

  • @1991BlueBird I knew a guy that used to live next door to me that converted his into a rv. He found an old beat up gooseneck trailer and cut off the gooseneck and welded it and bolted it on. I remember he took the drive shafts out of the axle and gutted the differential.

  • @UGLandrum I bet it was pretty cool. Sounds like a lot of work.

  • I used an indoor/outdoor oil based paint that was recommended to me from Home Depot. Rolled it on using the best roller head I could find. It went on really easy.

  • How did you paint the roof and what paint did you use?
