Along with French Open '88 women's final, this is one of the very worst women's Grand Slams finals I've ever seen. I think the only match that could rival this in terms of awful-ness would be the '06 final between Mauresmo/Henin.

Worst Grand Slam final in the history of tennis along with the '88 French Open final.... About as ridiculous as Clijsters/Zvonareva in the US Open final. Very boring, total waste of time.... they should have refunded every fan's money for having to put up with this crap. I guess Sanchez Vicario made up for it by beating Graf at the US Open later that year, which I enjoyed every minute of.
