Wrong knife, completely wrong technique, you nearly cut you hand open plus you dont need to cut the fins off at all and are those little things even legal ??

dont fucking fillet it,,,here in greece we dont ..we just grill them in oven and once is coocked you can easily remove bones and separate meat chunks!!!! arrrr!

theres way easier ways to filet a snapper you take forever and you dont need to soo learn a different way and what do you do with the skin leave it on? You should also get an actuall filet knife
