@pudinga11 This was run off a 2D fighting game engine called winmugen. You can easily find it the engine by googling winmugen. The characters must be found separately and installed into the engine manually. I suggest looking up tutorials on youtube to help with that.

Um, this is actually winmugen, a 2d fighting game engine. These characters are from the Samurai Showdown series, though I'm not sure which.
